The "From Burnout to Balance: Creating Your Personal Wellness Plan" program is a comprehensive three-month journey designed to guide individuals from a state of burnout to achieving a balanced lifestyle. Through six focused bi-weekly sessions, the program equips participants with practical skills in mindfulness, exercise, nutrition, and stress management. Participants will learn to identify stress triggers and develop personalized strategies to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The goal is to foster sustainable habits that promote a harmonious balance between professional demands and personal health, empowering individuals to thrive in all areas of their lives.
